Weight and Measurement
When we were studying weight and measurement, the students used many math tools to help them understand. Using concrete objects is always the first step to understanding in Math.
Foe example, sometimes we use cubes in counting and addition/subtraction. In this unit we used scales so the students could understand how the vocabulary words balance, equal, as great as, as much as, all mean the same.
